Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We truly appreciate your business and want you to love your purchase.
While we stand by the quality of our products, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
Please review our return and refund guidelines below to ensure a smooth experience:

  • All sales are final and not subject to refund. In certain cases, merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
  • If order cancellation is necessary, a written request must be submitted and approved by the manufacturer before the order can be canceled.
  • Returns made within 7 days will not incur a restocking fee, provided the merchandise is unopened and retains the manufacturer’s original seal.
  • A minimum 10% restocking fee will apply to any items returned in opened condition.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned goods for credit after 7 days.
  • Customers are responsible for delivering return items to our facility for exchanges.
  • No store credit will be issued after 15 days. (Special orders are non-returnable.)
  • A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
  • Claims for any damages must be made within 2 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • All items returned for credit must be in original packaging with all parts included.
  • Prices listed on the invoice do not include shipping and handling fees.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, including, but not limited to, all refused or unaccepted packages.
