Adora reserves the right to deny access if proper documentation is not provided. Upon request, retailers must submit a copy of their retail license via email or fax.

Offering Service

Shopping at Adora is simple. Log in to adorawholesale.com, select your merchandise, and complete your order. Once processed, we pack your order and ship it directly to you. For issues like damages, item inquiries, or other questions, our customer support team is available to assist you.

Payment Method

We accept credit card payments processed securely through Authorize.net. We do not store card information. A signed Credit Card Authorization Form may be required to prevent fraud. Transaction details are stored securely through our payment processor for verification purposes only.

Shipping & Order Terms

  • Rule 1: Shipping charges are applied based on your chosen method. VAT and international shipping charges apply to overseas orders.
  • Rule 2: Orders are processed in the order received. Standard shipping may take up to 3 business days, express up to 2 days, and overnight shipping is processed within 1 day. If items are out of stock, partial shipments can be made upon request.

  • Rule 4: If you choose "Ship entire order together," we will wait until all items are available. Orders may be canceled after 3 days if items remain unavailable.
